The First Radiofrequency Plan of the Republic was approved by the Minister of Communications and Works on 1st November 2004. The first ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 17th June 2005 regarding the frequency band 21.65 - 26.50 GHz. The second ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 27th October 2005 regarding the frequency band 5150 - 5725 MHz. The third ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 24th November 2006 regarding the frequency band 169.4 - 169.825 MHz. The fourth ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 22nd June 2007. The fifth ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 6th June 2008. The 6th ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 21st November 2008. The 7th ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 31st December 2009. The 8th ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 3rd September 2010. The 9th ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 30th September 2010. The 10th ammendment of the Radiofrequency Plan occured on 15th July 2011.
