Licensing Section is responsible for Flight Crew, Cabin Crew & Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licensing. In addition, this section has the overall responsibility for the initial approval and continuous oversight of Flight Crew Training Organisations (ATO’s & DTO’s) and Aircraft Maintenance Training Organisations (MTO’s).
